Scuba-Cozumel is a PADI 5-Star Facility & full service dive center. Our full time instructors teach all the PADI courses and specialties and run daily dive trips and dive activities to all the reefs in the National Underwater Park. Training takes place at our air conditioned training center.

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING
An introduction to scuba diving.

$75 + TAX PER PERSON

Come to the blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean and experience SCUBA diving in COZUMEL, one of the top destinations in the world. The purpose of this course is to allow a non diver to experience diving under the direct supervision of an instructor. IDEAL WATER CONDITIONS ARE REQUIRED. You must be 12 years old. Course is approx. 2-3 hours divided between classroom lectures, water skills and (1) beach dive. All necessary equipment is included.

After successfully completing this course, students may boat dive ONLY with the supervision of an instructor at an additional fee plus the cost of a boat dive and equipment rental. This course is ideal for those individuals who are not sure if they want to take a full certification. If after taking this course you decide to continue with the full certification course, the cost of the Discover Scuba Diving course will be applied towards a full certification.

DISCOVER LOCAL DIVING
Only for certified divers

$60 + TAX PER PERSON

This is an underwater guided tour designed to introduce divers to the open water environment after an extended period of diving inactivity and orienting divers to unfamiliar diving conditions. It's a fun, safe, supervised open water experience. Course is approx. 1 hour for (1) beach dive. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

SCUBA REVIEW
Only for certified divers

$80 + TAX PER PERSON

This refresher course is a 3 phase program to review and update a certified diver's knowledge and skills after an extended period of diving inactivity. Course is approx. 3 hours for classroom knowledge review with the PADI SCUBA TUNE-UP guidebook, confined water skills review and (1) supervised open water beach dive. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

FULL OPEN WATER PADI CERTIFICATION COURSE
Spend one week in Cozumel and get your certification!

$375 + TAX PER PERSON

Minimum age to take course is 12 years old. 5 FULL DAYS are required for 30 hours of training in classroom lectures and water skill development. Students must have a CURRENT MEDICAL FORM signed by their doctor certifying them to be in good health for scuba diving. Course includes: (9) beach dives and (1) two tank boat dive. All equipment necessary. Books, dive tables, dive log and diploma. Children between 12 & 15 years old will receive a JR. OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION allowing them to dive only under the supervision of an adult certified diver.

REFERRAL / OPEN WATER TRAINING DIVES

Take your final check out dives in warm waters and 150 foot visibility!
Referrals are accepted from PADI, ACUC, IDEA, Los Angeles County, MDEA, NASDS, NAUI, PDIC, SSI AND YMCA. Available to students who have successfully completed pool and classroom training in one location and wish to complete their open water training in another location with another instructor.

Students must have a CURRENT REFERRAL FORM signed by their original instructor and a CURRENT MEDICAL FORM signed by their doctor certifying them to be in good health for scuba diving. Course requires 2 DAYS for (4) beach dives. PIC envelope and all equipment necessary is included.

ADVENTURE DIVER

$150 + TAX PER PERSON

Requires open water certification.
This is a one day course that starts you on your way to an advance certification. The course includes one 2-tank boat dive and one beach dive. A total of three elective dives. These dives can count as credit towrd an Advance Open Water certification. An enjoyable way to gain valuable experience. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

ADVANCED PADI OPEN WATER

$300 + TAX PER PERSON

Requires open water certification.
This program provides a structured and well supervised opportunity to gain experience and increase skills and diving knowledge. Course consists of 2 required dives (Deep Dive and Navigation Dive) and 3 open waters dives ( Boat Dive, Drift Dive & Peak Performance Buoyancy). There are no exams involved. 3 DAYS are required for (2) beach dives and 3 boat dives. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

MASTER SCUBA DIVER
Highest non-professional rating in PADI

$600 + TAX PER PERSON

Requires PADI Advanced and Rescue Certifications or Divemaster Rating.
An expert classification denoting superior achievement and commitment to excellence. Included in this course are 5 specialties (Multilevel, Boat, Drift,U/W Naturalist & Peak Performance Buoyancy). 5 Days are required. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

WRECK DIVER
$250 + tax per person
2 days for 2 two-tank boat dives Must be a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and be at least 15 years old. 2 person minimum.

RESCUE DIVER
$300 + tax per person
Add $80 + tax per person for Medic First Aid Course
3 days Learn to rescue yourself and others. The "ultimate buddy" course. 12 Open Water Training exercises to enact which are as much fun as they are educational and rewarding. Requires current CPR & Advanced Certification

U/W NAVIGATOR
$150 + tax per person
2 days for 3 beach dives Learn more advanced techniques for navigation. Avoid long surface swims and increase your enjoyment.

SEARCH AND RECOVERY
$200 + tax per person
2 days for 4 beach dives Learn how to locate objects on the bottom and do light salvage techniques. Requires advanced open water certification

EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

OXYGEN FIRST AID

4 hours Approved for continuing medical education and professional development units. Includes your membership in DAN.

NIGHT DIVER

EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE
$160 + tax per person 2 days NON DIVERS WELCOME. Know what to do when no one else does. 2 days are required for two sessions in CPR and FIRST AID.

PEAK PERFORMANCE BUOYANCY
$100 + tax per person 1 day for 1 beach dive Learn to fly underwater! Learn to hover above the reef and enjoy the view without disturbing it.

Requires advanced diver certification 2 days for 2 two-tank boat dives Understand the effect of Nitrogen Narcosis and experience it under the supervision of an instructor. This course increases diver safety and awareness.

MULTILEVEL DIVER
$150 + tax per person 1 day for 1 two-tank boat dive Learn how to maximize your time underwater while minimizing your exposure to nitrogen.

DRIFT DIVER
$150 + tax per person I day for 1 two-tank boat dive Cozumel is the drift diving capital of the world. Learn techniques to increase your understanding and enjoyment of this type of diving.

BOAT DIVER
$125 + tax per person 1 day for 1 two-tank boat dive Learn proper procedures to dive safely from a boat.

UNDERWATER NATURALIST
$150 + tax per person 2 days are required for 1 beach dive and 1 two-tank boat dive Learn to identify ocean life, understand the food chain and species' interdependency.

UNDERWATER CAMERA
$150 + tax per person 1 day for 1 two-tank boat dive Learn the basics of camera care and use while taking photos of your dives. A fun course and a great way to experience u/w photography first hand.

UNDERWATER VIDEO
$200 + tax per person 2 days for 1 beach dive and 1 two-tank boat dive We teach you the basic use and care of the equipment and the techniques to produce enjoyable video memories of your dives. Course is completed with a finished video tape that the student has shot and edited. All camera equipment is furnished.

PADI NITROX
$200 + tax per person
Must be at least 15 years old and have advanced diver certification 2 days are required for classroom lectures and 1 two-tank boat dive Learn what Nitrox is all about and extend your bottom time using Enriched Air Nitrox. Course includes book, video and oxygen exposure table.

Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.

TRAIN TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL IN A TROPICAL PARADISE

DIVEMASTER
The first professional level in diving!

$750 + TAX PER PERSON

Requires Rescue Certification and current (3 yrs) CPR.
A comprehensive program in three main phases: Watermanship, Knowledge Development and Practical Application. Candidates will be with an instructor every day in classes, water sessions and boat dives with students during training dives. Excellent preparation for Instructors Development Course. 14 DAYS are required for 70 hours of training and 10 open water Training Sessions. Average 20 dives per course. Equipment is not included other than tanks, weights and weight belt.
