<h1><a href="digital_workshop.html" title="COZUMEL DIVING">COZUMEL UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY DIGITAL WORKSHOP</a></h1>
<p>Our <a href="digital_photo_workshop.html">Digital Underwater Photo Workshops</a> in
February and August were so much fun that we're planning another
for August 2007!</p>
<p>
Digital cameras and lower cost housings have created a boom in the number of divers who are bringing cameras to the reefs. This workshop is designed to show you how to use your digital camera and get the best shots possible when shooting underwater in Cozumel. Not only is this workshop a lot of fun, but you'll learn all about how to improve your underwater photography by shooting better and improving on what you've captured by using Adobe Photoshop. Check out our photo scrapbook for snapshots of the activities from the February and August workshops.</p>

The workshop is FREE to all guests of Scuba Club Cozumel this week. There is a small fee for the two optional special sessions.</p>
<p>Your instructor and host is <a title="underwater photography workshop" href="http://www.underwatercolours.com">Bonnie Pelnar</a>, author of "<a href="http://www.theunderwaterphotographer.com" target="underwater photography classes">The Digital Workflow for Underwater Photographers</a>", part of a series of courses available at TheUnderwaterPhotographer.com. Bonnie has made 27 trips to Cozumel and she knows where and how to find the best Cozumel has to offer and can show you how to capture it with your camera. Also on-hand will be Armando Alentado of Island Photo & Video. Armado will offer rental equipment, downloads and archiving, advice and a presentation about Underwater Photography in Cozumel.</p>
<p>In addition to the presentations, slide shows and seminars, Bonnie will be available to dive with you each day. This year we will set up a special photographer's boat, so if you wish to dive with the rest of the shooters, you are welcome to come along. At the end of the week we'll be having a photo contest with awards and prizes! If your would like to attend please contact Bonnie to reserve your spot.</p>

<h1><a href="workshop1.html" title="Photoshop for Underwater Photography Workshop">Digital Workshop Photoshop Basics</a></h1>
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Elements are without a doubt the world's most popular image editing applications but are not designed for underwater photography and are overwhelming to the new user. This special beginners seminar will cover the specific challenges underwater photography brings and the best ways to use Photoshop and Elements to improve your underwater images. The session will include a short presentation, then actual hands on some of the most challenging images commonly seen from most point & shoot cameras. Also teaches how to shoot better, so you'll have to do less Photoshop later on.
<h1><a href="workshop2.html" title="COZUMEL HOTEL">Digital Workshop Photoshop Advanced Techniques</a></h1>
For those of you who are already using Adobe Photoshop and/or shooters that are using more advanced camera systems, this session is designed to take you to the next level. Topics covered will be modified to the attendees needs. If you would like to attend this session, please contact me so that I can address any specific Photoshop questions you might have.
